Coaching at UBC

Coaching inherently involves a RELATIONAL process of learning in individuals, groups, teams and organizations that ultimately leads to change. The purpose of the coaching relationship and related conversation(s) is to support the client to enact change. Differences Between Coaching and Counselling

A major distinction is that coaching can be therapeutic, but it is not therapy. Coaching is non-directive, it’s a collaborative and co-creative process in the way we work with our clients. As a professional holistic coach, I will provide resources so that my clients are served well and correctly referred when the need arises.
